Sister Elaine Outwater passed away today (June 19, 2008) after a long illness. She was an integral part of Cazenovia Assembly of God and will be greatly missed by her friends and fellow congregants.
The Pastor's newest grandson was born about 4 pm, Friday, May 2nd, 2008. He weighed in at 8' 11". Mother and son are doing fine.
Bro. Outwater just called me and the Dr's have moved Elaine into the ICU. They are looking for blood clots, but think that her gall bladder is enlarged and pressing on her lungs, making it painful and difficult to breathe. They will be doing more testing overnight and tomorrow. Please keep her in prayer as well.
Pastor.
Please continue to pray for Sis. Bingham. She is not improving, and is very sick at her stomach and is in a lot of pain. If she does not improve, we will not be able to make our trip and she has been looking forward to it for months.
Thanks
Pastor.
Please pray for Sister Outwater and Sister Bingham:
Sis. Outwater underwent a minor outpatient procedure on Monday, doing well, but developed stomach pains after returning home. Durring dialysis today, she became worse and was taken stright to St. Joseph's Hospital. She is in cosiderable pain tonight and has not yet received any pain meds.
Sis. Bingham continues to suffer with the flu and has not been able to eat at all today, being in a lot of pain and nauseous. Pray that the Lord will heal her and she will be able to travel to see our new grandson next week.
Thank you,
Please pray for Sis. Bingham. She has caught the virus I had and it has gone to her lungs which are weak to begin with. If this turns into a pneumonia, it could be deadly. We are contacting her pulmonologist about whether to come in to see him, go to the ER or whatever else he thinks. Please pray, and pass this on to others you think might not have received word.
In Him, Pastor Ray
Ok, I don't want to sound mean, but this needs to be said. I don't know how many people from our church even read things on this website, but I have a concern. Today was the pancake breakfast for the Save Darfur project and no one showed up from our church besides Diana and myself. I know that it was during church, but still. I just thing its pretty disheartening. Please, if you really care about the genocide in Sudan, come and listen to John Dau on thursday at 7pm in Mo'villle!
Hey, my friend Michael Pfeiffer is part of a Save Darfur group in South shore, NJ at his school, St. Augustine's prep school. He asked me if we wanted to buy some of the shirts that he made. They say "smoke the Janjaweed, Save Darfur." 100% of the money goes to Save Darfur. Now, just in case some people are taking his catch phrase the wrong way, let me explain. The Janjaweed are the people who are raping, torturing, and murdering the innocent people of Darfur, Sudan. Please, let me know if anyone is interested.
